A graphic and disturbing video of a suspect (Chat Holley) being beaten while laying down in a submissive pose. The video wasn't immediately shown to the media until now, and the Judge that blocked the video tried to get the video back pressuring the media with legal action.

Birmingham mayor says cops 'crossed the line'
This man put several innocent people in harm's way. He almost killed a cop by running over him. I think the people like this should be beaten anyway. He has no regard for human life. Piss on him.
